That is Laurie Clemons USAF in front. I heard from her back channel a couple of years ago. She is doing fine but declined to join us here on the group. I knew her in Nam -- and we were in the same DINFOS class.

I don't recall who sent that photo out recently, but it is on the AFVN website at https://www.afvnvets.net/afvn-photos---stories-1.html (Click here). For it (and any other photos/graphics on the site), do a right click and a CTRL-C. Open Paint or a similar program and do a CTRL-V. Shazam! There it is.

If that's you in the back row, who is the young lady kneeling in front? I thought your time at AFVN Saigon was the same as mine (June '68 to July '69). l don't remember seeing her during that time.

I agree with Bob, it was in 1972 although I do not remember why I was not in the picture.

[NB: Without shutting down all operations and locking the door, there is no way that everyone could have gone to the range at the same time. Most likely, at a minimum, someone was still monitoring the TV and radio output and most likely someone (Steve) had to man the phones in the front office. Jim W]
